How long does shipping take for a bike trailer?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 business days, while international shipping within the EU takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Are the trailers compatible with e-bikes?

Yes, most of our trailers are compatible with standard e-bikes. However, if your e-bike has a hub motor or a special thru-axle, you may need an additional adapter which can be found in our accessories section.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. The trailer must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our support team to receive a return shipping label.

Do the trailers come with a safety flag and reflectors?

Safety is our priority. All kid and cargo trailers sold by Fahrradanhänger DIREKT include a high-visibility safety flag, front and rear reflectors, and spoke reflectors as standard.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (Invoice and Installments), and Apple Pay for a secure and convenient checkout experience.

Is assembly difficult?

Most models arrive 90% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to click the wheels into place and attach the drawbar. A detailed manual and necessary tools are included in every box.
