At Fahrradanhänger DIREKT, we want to ensure you and your family are perfectly equipped for your next cycling adventure. If your new trailer or accessory isn't the right fit, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Equipment

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized parcel shop.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
